The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our high‑performing UK Broker team, covering Scotland. Ideally, you’ll be based in Glasgow. Our UK Broker Channel is the largest and fastest‑growing part of our UK business — and you’ll play a key role in strengthening broker partnerships, driving profitable growth, and representing Markel’s specialist sector propositions.
You’ll work closely with Strategic Partners, underwriters, and colleagues across Markel to deliver exceptional broker experiences.
