This is more than a reporting role.
It's an opportunity to help shape the future of how we use data, governance and operational insight across Claims and Legal Services.
As part of a team undergoing exciting transformation, you'll work closely with operational leaders, Claims specialists and key stakeholders across the business, providing the analysis, assurance and recommendations that drive better decision-making and improved customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Data Analysis & Business Insight
- Analyse large volumes of operational and claims data
- Produce insightful management information and performance reporting
- Identify trends, risks, root causes and opportunities for improvement
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Support the evolution of reporting frameworks and analytical capabilities
- Audit, Assurance & Governance
- Conduct operational audits and quality reviews across Claims and Legal Services
- Assess performance against agreed standards and controls
- Produce governance reports and assurance packs
- Monitor corrective actions and improvement initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to partners
- Peer Review & Quality Management
- Manage and coordinate the peer review programme
- Monitor review completion, quality standards and outcomes
- Analyse findings and identify performance trends
- Act as the go-to point of contact for peer review processes and queries
- Challenge existing ways of working
- Recommend efficiencies and process enhancements
- Support operational improvement initiatives
- Contribute to future reporting, automation and Power BI development opportunities
- Help build a more collaborative and innovative analytics function
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Business Analysis, Operational Controls, Audit, Quality Assurance or similar analytical roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including
- Complex formulas
- Data manipulation and reporting
- Experience producing management information and KPI reporting
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Highly Desirable
- Insurance, Claims or Legal Services experience
- Financial Services or another regulated environment
- VBA, Macros or reporting automation experience
- Experience presenting findings within governance forums
- Exposure to operational performance, audit or assurance activities
