The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled, experienced E Trade Business Analyst to join our team.
The E Trade Business Analyst will be responsible for the design, development and embedding the generic elements of our functionality, test management and continuously improving our e-commerce routes to market.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a deep understanding of customer behaviour.
The goal is to improve the online quote, bind, amend and renewal experience of our customers and boost sales performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse and understand the business’s needs and goals in relation to our online presence and functionality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of e-commerce platforms.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure e-commerce strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct research on customer behaviour and market trends to inform e-commerce strategies.
- Recommend technology solutions to improve online customer experiences and business operations.
- Perform regular testing and analysis of the e-commerce capabilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Create detailed reports and presentations on e-commerce performance for business stakeholders.
- Work closely with IT and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce platforms and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to e-commerce operations.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-commerce and particularly Acturis and Insurer Extranet platforms.
- Strong understanding of business strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a good knowledge of e-commerce technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
