What you'll be doing:You'll take ownership of your own portfolio of claims from first notification through to settlement, including:
- Managing a mixed caseload of low-value injury (EL/PL) and property damage claims
- Investigating claims, reviewing policy coverage and making fair, informed decisions
- Working closely with policyholders, brokers and loss adjusters
- Building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Prioritising workloads and progressing claims efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Contributing to continuous improvement and team projects
- Managing a varied portfolio, combining high-volume, low-touch liability claims with more hands-on property cases
