We’re looking for a highly organised and creative Marketing & Operations Assistant to support the growth of our business and marketing activities. This is primarily a marketing-focused role (70%) with additional operations support responsibilities (30%). You will support leadership to execute structured marketing campaigns, content and help keep internal systems and operations running smoothly.

Marketing Responsibilities (70%)
- Supporting the execution of structured marketing campaigns
- Creating content following clear direction and brand guidelines
- Assisting with content marketing across multiple platforms
- Supporting email marketing campaigns
- Planning and scheduling social media content
- Video production and editing knowledge (Desirable)
- Creating marketing assets aligned with existing portfolio examples and systems
Operations Responsibilities (30%)
- Database organisation and administration
- Airtable and spreadsheet support
- Calendar coordination via Microsoft Teams
- Email coordination and internal support
- General operational and administrative assistance
Skills and Experience
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable following systems and processes
- Experienced with content and social media marketing
- Confident using Airtable, Excel, or similar systems
- Familiar with email marketing platforms
- Comfortable supporting video shoots and content creation

How We Work
You’ll be working within an established marketing structure and sales system already in place. Direction, campaign structure, and content strategy will be provided. Your role will be to coordinate, execute, and help bring ideas to life with consistency and attention to detail.
