The Role
We are looking for a commercially aware, strategic and creative Marketing & Communications Strategist to design and execute campaigns that drive:
- Client acquisition
- Brand authority
- Market positioning
- Growth across regions
You will translate the CEO's vision into structured, high-impact campaigns. This is a campaign strategy and communications role — not just content scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Structure offers and promotional launches
- Plan email and social campaigns
- Coordinate with sales and operations for rollout
- Track and optimise campaign performance
- Shape messaging for estate agency decision-makers
- Maintain consistent premium brand tone
- Support thought leadership positioning
- Develop outreach opportunities (podcasts, partnerships, PR)
- Monitor lead flow and campaign efficiency
- Improve campaign-to-sales alignment
- Support expansion campaigns (e.g., London growth)
