Sales Administrator – MarkDelDegan.com
Location: Poole, Dorset
Job Type: Permanent (Full-time)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Process, update, and amend customer orders on a daily basis.
- Ensure accurate data input and processing of customer orders.
- Make changes to orders and advise customers of stock, prices, and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving stock availability or delivery issues promptly.
- Respond to customer requests and enquiries via phone and email.
- Keep customers up to date with their orders, delivery dates, pricing schedules, etc.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within an order processing role or capacity.
- Ability to handle large volumes of workload in a timely and accurate manner.
- Strong eye for detail with accurate information input.
- Excellent customer service skills at all times.
- Good working knowledge of Email, Word, and Excel (updating and creating spreadsheets).
- Bright, bubbly, fun, and cheerful personality capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information
