We are seeking an additional team member for a role combining Business Development and Account Management. You will proactively contact clients to maximize opportunities, understand their needs, and discuss recruitment solutions.
Job Details
- Location: Poole town centre (On-site Parking)
- Type: Permanent
- Hours: 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:15 pm
- Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum + 20% uncapped bonus
- Benefits: Up to 33 days holiday, free onsite parking, auto-enrolment pension
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Manage client accounts by understanding their business needs
- Research and reach out to potential clients via phone and email
- Follow up on leads and work collaboratively to meet client needs
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Previous recruitment agency experience is advantageous
