We are seeking an additional team member for a role combining Business Development and Account Management. You will proactively contact clients to maximize opportunities, understand their needs, and discuss recruitment solutions.

Job Details

  • Location: Poole town centre (On-site Parking)
  • Type: Permanent
  • Hours: 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:15 pm
  • Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum + 20% uncapped bonus
  • Benefits: Up to 33 days holiday, free onsite parking, auto-enrolment pension

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Manage client accounts by understanding their business needs
  • Research and reach out to potential clients via phone and email
  • Follow up on leads and work collaboratively to meet client needs

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Good computer and administrative skills
  • Previous recruitment agency experience is advantageous
