We are looking for a Junior Technical Writer to join our Education & Enablement team in Manchester. You will play a key role in translating complex product functionality and workflows into clear, accurate, and accessible documentation for both customers and internal teams. This role is critical to ensuring that our Help Center, release communications, and knowledge resources are easy to understand, up-to-date, and aligned with how our products evolve.

What You'll Do

  • Created and updated Help Center articles and workflow guides to reflect the latest product functionality
  • Partnered with Product and Engineering teams to gather context on new features and translate technical details into user-friendly documentation
  • Supported the development and publication of release notes that clearly explain product changes and their impact on users
  • Collaborated with Services and Support teams to develop documentation that supports customer onboarding and implementation
  • Reviewed and updated screenshots, visuals, and existing content to ensure accuracy and consistency across knowledge resources

What You'll Need

We're looking for a Junior Technical Writer with 0–2 years of professional experience in technical writing or product documentation, or equivalent experience developing content for software products. This level of experience is important because the role requires the ability to quickly learn new systems, understand technical concepts, and produce clear, structured documentation with guidance from cross-functional partners.
