You’ll help build core systems used by public safety agencies around the world, and explore how emerging tools like AI-assisted development can make our engineering team faster, safer, and smarter.
As a member of our engineering team, you’ll ship features that help first responders save lives, navigate emergencies, and keep their communities safe. You’ll also help us explore new ways to deliver that impact more efficiently by thoughtfully integrating AI-assisted workflows into our development process.

We’re looking for a thoughtful and driven software engineer with 1+ years of professional experience. You care about writing clean, maintainable code—and you’re motivated by the idea that your work can help people in the moments they need it most. While you don’t need deep AI expertise, we value a genuine interest in using AI tools to make development more effective.
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience or a Computer Science Degree and Internship Experience
- Java, Javascript, TypeScript + React, and MySQL (You will be asked to complete a coderpad test in Java and Javascript)
- Curiosity and comfort with modern development tools, including AI-assisted platforms like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM APIs
- You care about building technology that serves the public good and delivers real value to people who rely on it
- You’re excited to help define best practices in a fast-evolving space
This role is based in our Manchester, UK office and follows a hybrid work model. Team members are expected to be in the office at least three days per week to foster strong collaboration and a connected team environment.
