  • Maintained project documentation, updated project plans, and ensured key milestones were accurately reflected in reporting.
  • Assisted in user acceptance testing coordination and helped customers prepare for training and go‑live activities.
  • Investigated and resolved project-related issues by partnering with internal subject matter experts and customer stakeholders.
  • Supported multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience working with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Comfort working with technical concepts, software systems, APIs, data migration efforts, or system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, or supporting technology implementations is a plus.
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are a plus but not required.
