Mark Warner is a leader in active holidays, offering beach club and ski experiences for over 50 years. Our beach club holidays are designed to inspire and engage in spectacular destinations. In the winter, we offer exceptional ski holidays with carefully selected locations and an inviting chalet hotel experience.
With 50 years’ experience, we have grown into one of the most highly regarded independent travel companies in the UK. Each year we employ hundreds of staff to work in our overseas resorts and approximately 35 staff within the Head Office team in London. Half of all our holidaymakers have travelled with us before, some many times, with much of our success attributed to the high quality of our staff and their dedication to outstanding customer service.
This is a full‑time, hybrid role for a Social & Content Marketing Executive based in Hammersmith, London, 2‑3 days a week. We’re looking for a creative marketer to plan, produce, and deliver high‑quality social and content marketing that brings the Mark Warner brand to life. This role supports storytelling, brand engagement, and content creation across owned and earned channels, helping to grow awareness, community, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver the social content calendar across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistency with brand tone and seasonal campaigns.
- Produce and edit engaging photo, video, and written content for social, web, and email channels.
- Deliver creative assets for brand and tactical campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
- Identify and manage influencer relationships, briefing content creation and tracking results.
- Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and fostering positive sentiment.
- Support trade and overseas recruitment campaigns with relevant content and assets.
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth; analyse results and provide insights to improve content performance.
- Coordinate with creative, PR, and media agencies to ensure content consistency across channels.
- 2–4 years’ experience in social or content marketing.
- Confident using content scheduling and social management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Experience producing short‑form video and photography assets (Canva, Adobe Express etc.).
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and measurement.
- Familiar with SEO best practices for content.
- Creative storyteller with strong visual judgement.
- Highly organised and deadline‑driven.
- Passionate about travel, sport, and lifestyle content.
- Collaborative and confident working with agencies and internal stakeholders.
