Kids Activity Leader - Summer 2027 - Accommodation Available - Opportunities in Greece & Turkey Full Time - Seasonal Fixed Term Staff Contract Competitive seasonnaire package Reports to: Childcare Manager facilities, allowing parents to fully enjoy our offerings whilst ensuring children have a fantastic time the moment they step through our doors. We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our successful childcare team in a breath taking location! As a Kid’s Activity Leader, you’ll be entrusted with ages from 6 to 17 years. You will work to a weekly rota to operate a key worker system, implement strict ratios and split our children into age-related children’s clubs. Each day you’ll help create an exciting, stimulating and imaginative programme involving a mixture of fun indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring our little guests have a holiday of a lifetime. Requirements Degree in Education, Sports or Coaching which involved full time placements with sole responsibility of children (highly desirable) Experience working with children from 6 – 17 years Valid Full or Emergency Paediatric First Aid Certificate Enhanced DBS (we’ll help arrange!) UK/EU passport holder UK National Insurance or EU Social Security number UK/EU bank account Main Responsibilities Deliver the highest level of childcare to the following departments: • Junior Club (6 – 9 years) • Kidz Club (10 – 13 years) • Indy Club (14 – 17 years) Create and develop a happy, safe and stimulating environment Ensure the supervision of children at all times (indoor and outdoor) throughout various activities and experiences Tailor-make weekly, age-appropriate, exciting activity plans Operate to the highest standard of health and safety Ensure Mark Warner standards are upheld Maintain a high level of customer service Please note this job description is a general overview of the role, please see our full job description for more details.
