Our Commercial insurance business is based in Warmley, Bristol, serving clients mainly within 50 miles of Bristol. We are financially strong being part of The Broker Investment Group. We are looking for a new person to join our team and help us continue to grow and develop.
Role Description: The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of insurance clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery. They will handle an existing book of commercial clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to meet and exceed client expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bristol, requiring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Account management and client relationship building skills
- Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities
- Strong Insurance technical knowledge
- Proven ability in problem-solving and providing excellent customer service
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Commercial Broking experience in insurance of at least 5 years is essential as this role includes looking after large and complicated insurance portfolios
