A leading building services contractor is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee refurbishment projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong electrical background and proven site supervision experience, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site teams.
- Ensure compliance with RAMS, H&S procedures and site documentation.
- Oversee electrical rewires, fire alarm replacements, suspended ceilings and associated works.
- Monitor project progress and produce daily and weekly site reports.
- Deliver toolbox talks and maintain a strong health & safety culture.
- Coordinate labour, materials and plant to keep projects on schedule.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and project managers.
- Manage QA, testing, commissioning and project handovers.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- SMSTS or SSSTS.
- CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
- Full UK driving licence and van.
- Flexible to work out of hours.
- 2391/2394/2395, PASMA, IPAF and IOSH qualifications are advantageous.
