Role Overview Carry out gas installation work across a variety of domestic properties, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest industry standards. All installations will be pre-assessed by a supervisor/inspector, with required materials and the full scope of works prepared in advance. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned installation work * Complete installations in line with the survey specification, client requirements, and all relevant regulations * Report any issues preventing completion to your Installation Supervisor * Complete all contract-related paperwork during the installation, ensuring all required signatures are obtained * Work professionally and courteously, respecting residents’ property and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness * Attend recall visits when requested by your Installation Supervisor * Complete installations within agreed timescales and report any delays promptly * Wear company-issued uniform and required PPE at all times * Accurately complete all documentation including timesheets and H&S monitoring forms * Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures and standards * Ensure all certification and documentation is completed accurately Skills & Experience * Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential) * Valid UK driving licence (essential) * Previous experience in domestic gas installation * Good knowledge of gas safety regulations and industry standards * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently * Professional, courteous manner with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and tenants What We Offer * £37,000 per annum + price work (Engineers earning up to £55,000) * Company vehicle and fuel card * Uniform, PPE, and mobile device provided * Contributory pension scheme * Life assurance * 20 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service) * Enhanced family-friendly policies * Access to retail discounts and wellbeing support programmes * Virtual GP service for employees and immediate family * Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) * Regular employee engagement initiatives * Opportunities for training, progression, and career development * Recognition schemes celebrating outstanding employee contributions If you\’re interested in the position, please get in contact
