We are working with a well-established roofing and building services contractor with over 25 years of industry experience to recruit an Operations Manager with roofing experience. This is a hands-on role overseeing day-to-day operations within the roofing division, alongside responsibility for estimating and commercial input across projects.

The Role:

  • Office-based (5 days per week) with occasional site visits
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (flexibility where workload allows)
  • Active within a busy roofing division delivering UK-wide projects

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing day-to-day roofing operations
  • Producing estimates, quotations and cost plans
  • Reviewing drawings, specs and tender documents
  • Managing projects from enquiry through to completion
  • Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors
  • Acting as key technical and operational contact
  • Conducting site visits as required
  • Supporting wider admin and operational functions
  • Driving commercial control and profitability
  • Ensuring compliance and strong health and safety standards

Looking For:
