The Domestic Heating Team is seeking an experienced Domestic & Commercial Gas Service & Maintenance Engineer to carry out servicing, maintenance, and breakdown work across London and the Home Counties. This role involves working across both domestic properties and commercial sites, delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Your Role

  • Service, repair and maintain boilers, heating systems and domestic gas appliances
  • Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and effectively
  • Carry out annual services and routine maintenance
  • Work within residential properties and managed blocks
  • Complete boiler upgrades and occasional installations when required
  • Achieve first-time fix targets and minimise recalls
  • Provide clear updates to customers and the office team
  • Complete digital job reports and compliance paperwork

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in service & breakdown of domestic gas appliances
  • Valid domestic gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
  • Valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, TPCP1/TPCP1A)
  • Experience working within residential blocks or managed properties (preferred)
  • Boiler installation/upgrade experience (beneficial but not essential)
  • LPG qualifications (desirable but not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
