Join a growing team where no two days are the same. The Domestic Heating Team is seeking an experienced Domestic & Commercial Gas Service & Maintenance Engineer to carry out servicing, maintenance, and breakdown work across London and the Home Counties. This role involves working across both domestic properties and commercial sites, delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Your Role
- Service, repair and maintain boilers, heating systems and domestic gas appliances
- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and effectively
- Carry out annual services and routine maintenance
- Work within residential properties and managed blocks
- Complete boiler upgrades and occasional installations when required
- Achieve first-time fix targets and minimise recalls
- Provide clear updates to customers and the office team
- Complete digital job reports and compliance paperwork
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in service & breakdown of domestic gas appliances
- Valid domestic gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
- Valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, TPCP1/TPCP1A)
- Experience working within residential blocks or managed properties (preferred)
- Boiler installation/upgrade experience (beneficial but not essential)
- LPG qualifications (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
