If you’re an experienced operative who enjoys solving problems, working independently and providing a great service to customers, this could be the next step for you What You'll Be Doing * Carry out general housing repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties. * Undertake a variety of multi-trade works, including basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and associated repairs. * Diagnose faults accurately and determine appropriate and cost-effective repair solutions. * Complete repair and maintenance tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. * Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation, policies and procedures. * Provide a professional, respectful and courteous service to residents, tenants and customers. * Accurately complete job sheets, photographs, reports and other required documentation.
