We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our expanding team, working across the Kettering area. We are looking for a dedicated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day gas repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics
  • Complete annual servicing visits
  • Meet first-time fix targets
  • Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
  • Ensure a customer-first approach in all interactions
  • Attend scheduled jobs punctually and communicate any delays to the contact centre and customer

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid ACS qualifications and other relevant gas certifications
  • Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
  • Experience in the social housing sector (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work with a diverse customer base
