We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected social housing who are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover the South West London area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out gas boiler servicing, fault-finding, and emergency breakdown repairs in domestic social housing properties
- Diagnose and repair a variety of heating and hot water system faults
- Ensure all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations and H&S standards
- Maintain professional communication with tenants and ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately complete service records and job sheets using a PDA or mobile system
Requirements:
- Valid ACS Gas Qualifications
- Proven experience in gas servicing and breakdowns, ideally in social housing
- Strong diagnostics skills and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
