We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Property Services division, recruiting for both permanent and contract roles across the UK. You'll have active clients, live vacancies and existing relationships from day one, alongside the opportunity to develop your own client base and build a specialist market.

The Role

  • Managing permanent and contract vacancies nationwide.
  • Developing new business and building long-term client relationships.
  • Following up leads and identifying new opportunities.
  • Mapping target clients and key decision-makers.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and vetting candidates.
  • Understanding client requirements and candidate motivations.
  • Managing the recruitment process through to placement.
  • Attending client and candidate meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' sales experience.
  • Recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Backgrounds such as Estate Agency, Lettings, Brokerage, Car Sales, Property Sales or B2B Sales are all relevant.
  • Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, commercially minded and relationship-focused.
