One of our clients is looking for a domestic gas operative to work within social housing properties. This role is covering SS and RM postcodes and our client is looking for an experienced domestic gas service and breakdown engineer to come into a fast paced, high-volume environment to showcase their skills. Salary up to 45,000 (depending on experience).
Main duties for the domestic gas engineer:
- Service various gas systems and appliances
- Analyse, fault find and carry out repairs on domestic heating systems
- Perform gas safety checks and gas inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with gas safety standards
- Support with emergency works on a call-out rota
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all gas work performed
In return the company will provide you with a fully equipped van, gas flue analyser and on hand technical advice when needed. Communication is key.
