We are recruiting an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Gas Breakdown Engineer to carry out commercial gas servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs across Derby and Nottinghamshire. Working on commercial boilers and heating systems, this is a mobile role within the facilities maintenance sector.
Hours
- Monday–Friday: 08:00–17:30
- 30 mins travel time at start & end of day (contracted, unpaid)
- Saturday rota: 1 in 4 (08:00–16:00)
Package
- £45,000 basic salary
- £3,000 sign-on bonus (£1,500 at 6 months / £1,500 at 12 months)
- Company van & mobile phone
- Commercial gas testing equipment & PPE
- 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (rising with service)
- (Own hand & power tools required)
Requirements
- 5 years’ commercial gas breakdown & maintenance experience
- Gas Safe registered Commercial Gas Engineer
- ACS: CCN1, CEN1/CENWAT, CPA1
- One or more: CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1/TPCP1A, ICPN1
- Full UK driving licence
