One of our clients is looking for a domestic gas service & repair engineer to work within social housing properties. This role is based in South West London and our client is looking for an experienced domestic gas breakdown engineer to come into a fast-paced, high-volume environment to showcase their skills. Salary ranges between £40,000 to £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + 1 in 4 weeks call out - OTE £55,000.
Main duties for the domestic gas breakdown engineer:
- Service, maintain, and repair various gas systems and appliances.
- Perform gas safety checks and gas inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with gas safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues and identify defects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all gas work performed.
In return, the company will provide you with a fully equipped van, gas flue analyser and on-hand technical advice when needed. Communication is key.
