MarkMay is seeking an ambitious and driven experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in White Collar Construction across the UK. This is a full 360 recruitment role offering ownership of your own desk, with a clear progression pathway into management.
The Role
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships
- Sourcing, screening and placing high-quality candidates into permanent roles
- Recruiting across a range of white collar construction positions
- Attending client meetings and conducting site visits to understand project requirements
- Delivering a high standard of service to both clients and candidates
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent and opportunities
This role does not initially include management responsibilities; however, there is a structured pathway into leadership, with full training provided up to Director level.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within recruitment, ideally in White Collar Construction
- Proven track record of placing both temporary and permanent candidates
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- A clear ambition to progress within a growing organisation
We will also consider individuals with strong transferable skills who demonstrate organisation, a willingness to learn, teamwork and ambition.
