About the Opportunity
We are looking for reliable and experienced Solar PV Roofing subcontractors to support our growing pipeline of residential and commercial installations in the Bath area. This role is looking for a team of 2-4 with experience in solar mounting systems who want consistent, well-organised work.
Responsibilities
- Install roof-mounted solar PV mounting systems and panels
- Work safely at height on a variety of roof types
- Carry out roof assessments and report any structural issues
- Coordinate with on-site electricians and project managers
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with a professional attitude
- Adhere to all health & safety standards and site requirements
Requirements
- Proven roofing experience (solar PV experience essential or strongly preferred)
- Own tools, PPE, and transport
- Valid UTR number (self-employed status)
- CSCS card and working-at-height training
- Public liability insurance (minimum £1M–£5M, depending on project)
- Ability to work to schedule and meet installation deadlines
