We are recruiting for an early-stage, VC-backed fintech building an AI-driven platform that helps payments companies better understand merchant risk and unlock growth.
This is a revenue-owning Account Executive role focused on developing new business and expanding relationships with payment companies across the UK and Europe. The role suits a commercially driven sales professional with experience selling into payments environments.
Key Responsibilities- Own and deliver revenue targets across UK and European markets
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through targeted outbound activity
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer risk, compliance, and commercial challenges
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to payments use cases
- Develop account plans to support long-term customer growth
- Act as the voice of the customer to product and technology teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
- Represent the business at relevant industry events and conferences
- Experience selling solutions into payments companies, acquirers, PSPs, or PayFacs
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing complex sales cycles
- 2β5 years' experience in an Account Executive or similar sales role
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Experience selling across the UK and/or European markets
