We're hiring a hands-on Payroll Transition Specialist for a leading global fintech to deliver complex payroll transformation across EMEA.
This is a delivery role, not governance or PMO. Based on-site in London/Essex, you'll work directly with payroll teams, vendors and stakeholders to take two major programmes through to stable go-live:
- Payroll vendor changes in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands
- Migration of Germany's ADP Streamline payroll to ADP Celergo
Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end payroll testing - strategy, detailed test scripts, execution and defect resolution
- Parallel runs, reconciliation and sign-off ahead of go-live
- Training internal payroll teams on new platforms, processes and country legislation
- Embedding controls: approval frameworks, reconciliation, audit-ready documentation
Requirements:
- Strong operational payroll expertise in Germany - essential
- Experience with Belgium and/or Netherlands payrolls - essential
- Proven hands-on experience delivering payroll transitions or implementations - essential
- Deep knowledge of gross-to-net processing, statutory reporting and payroll controls
- Practical experience of payroll testing, managing multiple transitions at the same time, data validation and vendor migration
German or Dutch language skills and experience with outsourced payroll models and Social Secretaries are a strong advantage.
