Personal Assistant to Executive Headteacher/CEO and the Central Team

Start Date: July 2026 or as soon as possible

Salary/Grade: Single Status Pay Scale Grade 10, Points 26-28 - £36,380-£38,872. Actual starting salary £33,552

Contract: Fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave, full time (37 hours per week Monday to Friday), term time only plus 2 additional weeks in the school holidays

We are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Executive Headteacher & CEO together with the Central Team within our dynamic and forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced school environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support at a senior level.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Executive headteacher’s diary, demonstrating discretion, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
