Location

Your primary place of work will be our London office, with occasional national travel as required for this role. We love the vibrant atmosphere of our office, which fosters collaboration and celebration. That said, we also value the flexibility and productivity that working from home can provide, so we offer a hybrid work arrangement to support our staff\’s needs.

What you’ll do

As our new Social Media & Advocacy Manager as part of our UK Marketing team you will own the full social ecosystem for White Claw, Mas+ by Messi and our challenger Ready to Drink (RTD) portfolio in the UK. You’ll be the brands’ real-time voice, shaping channel strategy, and forging creator partnerships that turn cultural sparks into conversation. From TikTok feeds and festival fields to Direct-to-consumer (D2C) drops and house-party selfies, you’ll translate a digital-first, community-led vision into scroll-worthy moments that deepen relevance, capture first-party data and fuel commercial growth.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Own day-to-day management of all White Claw UK social channels and partner with global teams to localize Mas+ content for the UK market.
  • Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand plans and activate reactive, real-time posts around trends, culture and key brand moments.
  • Manage community interactions in collaboration with the Digital Centre of Excellence, ensuring fast responses and an on-brand tone of voice.
  • Amplify In-Real-Life (IRL) experiences such as festivals and events across social to extend reach, engagement and advocacy.
  • Oversee the UK content pipeline; briefing, creating and curating assets, and apply a test-and-learn approach to formats, captions and scheduling.
  • Monitor channel performance through dashboards and reports, using paid budgets to scale high-performing content and optimize reach and frequency.
  • Lead the UK influencer strategy and advocacy programme, integrating creators, superfans and user generated content to deepen connection and drive engagement.
  • Capture first-party data, ensure legal and compliance standards are met, and leverage social listening, trend insights and competitor analysis to identify new platform and content opportunities.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience brand-side in social media or digital content roles for in drinks, FMCG or lifestyle brands
  • End-to-end ownership of influencer or advocacy programmes, including planning, contracting and performance reporting.
  • Data and analytics knowledge (E.g. Meta Insights, Sprout, Google Analytics, etc.), turning insights into data-driven recommendations
  • Strong copywriting and creative direction skills with a clear understanding of brand tone
  • Experience managing paid social budget and working closely with media teams
