Location Your primary place of work will be our London office, with occasional national travel as required for this role. What you’ll do As our new Brand Manager UK you will own the development and execution of integrated brand strategies for White Claw, Ready to Drink (RTD) innovations, and Mas+ by Messi in the UK. This is a hands-on brand leadership role, shaping omnichannel plans across media, PR, social, shopper and experiential. You’ll translate global brand vision into high-performing UK market plans that drive cultural impact and commercial growth. Additional key responsibilities include:
- Lead the UK brand strategy and annual go-to-market plans across White Claw, RTD and Mas+ by Messi.
- Own the UK Brand Books, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging across media, trade, social, PR and experience.
- Build culturally disruptive campaigns rooted in big ideas, crafted for performance across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Deliver regular brand performance dashboards with actionable insights and optimisation plans.
- Support UK media agency with clear briefs and performance-driven campaign KPIs.
- Execute multi-channel paid media strategies using real-time data, audience segmentation and content variants.
- Liaise with international teams to adapt global campaigns for UK relevance, managing asset localisation and delivery.
- Design and execute a full UK CRM and lead generation strategy—from acquisition to engagement and conversion.
- Build and manage email marketing calendars, working across teams to align messaging, creative and promotions.
- Collaborate with Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) to scale first-party data collection via events, activations and digital campaigns.
- Drive traffic to eCommerce and brand platforms, optimising content and experience to boost conversion.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends and Gen Z behaviours, using insight to shape campaign direction and channel strategy.
- Be audience-obsessed—regularly using data and social listening to refine audience personas and how we show up.
- Champion brand storytelling through campaigns that live beyond paid media—creating buzz, shareability and fame.
What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. 4+ years of experience leading fully integrated, end-to-end marketing campaigns on the brand side across paid, earned, shared and owned channels. Deep understanding of full-funnel media planning and execution, from top-line awareness (PR and influencer) to lower-funnel conversion and performance optimisation. Direct experience building brand equity while driving commercial outcomes across retail, digital and experiential touchpoints. Experience with disruptive FMCG brands.
