This role is designed to research the ideas shaping our industries and turn them into engaging conference programmes that bring experts, businesses and audiences together. As Conference Producer, you will play a key role in shaping, developing and delivering conference programmes that sit at the heart of our events. You will work in a fast paced media and events environment where research, audience insight, collaboration and commercial awareness all come together to create meaningful experiences. This role is central to content creation, speaker engagement and the overall success of our conferences. You will identify emerging trends, translate insights into engaging agendas, and collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing, sales and operations to deliver events that attract strong audiences and support sponsorship and exhibitor growth.

As Conference Producer, you’ll:
- Conduct primary and desk research with industry experts, regulators and stakeholders to identify key trends and insights shaping each event.
- Turn research findings into clear, engaging conference agendas that reflect the most important themes in the market.
- Identify and secure high profile speakers, managing relationships from initial outreach through to the event itself.
- Design engaging programme formats including panels, roundtables and workshops, while identifying opportunities for valuable programme add ons.
- Work closely with marketing to produce strong campaign messaging and ensure the conference programme is clearly communicated to potential attendees.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support sponsorship and delegate revenue opportunities through relevant and commercially focused content.
- Lead the delivery of the conference programme onsite, coordinating speakers, AV and teams to ensure sessions run smoothly.
