You must have access to a vehicle to commute to our Dinton office. Salary Up To £25,000 (DOE) Plus Company Benefits. This role exists to make a tangible difference to how we serve our audiences and grow our business. As a Digital Production Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and execution of digital advertising campaigns, email bulletins, website content, and social media activity across our portfolio of brands. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers to set up, schedule, and manage digital advertising and email campaigns in a timely and cost-effective manner. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to start a career in digital media or advertising operations. Full training will be provided for someone who brings the right attitude, enthusiasm, and curiosity.

As Digital Production Assistant, You’ll:

  • Manage and maintain advertising content across websites using CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the setup and scheduling of digital advertising campaigns using internal tools and Google Ad Manager.
  • Prepare and check ad creatives, ensuring they meet required specifications and run correctly.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and flag any issues to the wider team.
  • Assist with the creation, updating, and scheduling of HTML email bulletins and newsletters, including ad placements.
  • Coordinate sponsored and promotional social media posts in line with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather assets and meet deadlines.
  • Test and quality check ad creatives, emails, and web content, and assist with basic reporting and troubleshooting.
