Digital Production Assistant - Digital Production (Ad Ops & Email) Hybrid (Dinton, Wiltshire, 3 days in office). You must have access to a vehicle to commute to our Dinton office. Salary Up To £25,000 (DOE) Plus Company Benefits. This role exists to make a tangible difference to how we serve our audiences and grow our business. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to start a career in digital media or advertising operations. Full training will be provided for someone who brings the right attitude, enthusiasm, and curiosity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain advertising content across websites using CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support the setup and scheduling of digital advertising campaigns using internal tools and Google Ad Manager.
- Prepare and check ad creatives, ensuring they meet required specifications and run correctly.
- Monitor campaign delivery and flag any issues to the wider team.
- Assist with the creation, updating, and scheduling of HTML email bulletins and newsletters, including ad placements.
- Coordinate sponsored and promotional social media posts in line with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather assets and meet deadlines.
- Test and quality check ad creatives, emails, and web content, and assist with basic reporting and troubleshooting.
