As Conference Producer, you will take ownership of researching, shaping and delivering conference programmes that directly influence the success of our events.
You’ll work closely with senior industry figures, build your own network of speakers, and see your ideas come to life on stage. From identifying trends to creating compelling agendas and securing speakers, you’ll have real responsibility from the outset, with support to help you develop.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, confident speaking to new people, and motivated by turning ideas into engaging content. If you enjoy research, building relationships and managing multiple projects, this role is ideal for someone who has already experienced a 12 month show cycle, now looking to build their career in conference production and take the next step in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As Conference Producer, you’ll:
- Conduct primary and desk research with industry experts, regulators and stakeholders to identify key trends and shape conference content.
- Translate research and insights into clear, engaging conference agendas and content themes that reflect what matters in the market.
- Identify and secure speakers, building strong relationships and shaping content contributions through ongoing conversations.
- Design session formats such as panels, roundtables and workshops to ensure content is varied, relevant and engaging for audiences.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure conference content is clearly communicated and positioned effectively across campaigns.
- Partner with sales teams to align content with sponsorship opportunities and support commercial growth.
- Lead delivery of conference content onsite, coordinating speakers and ensuring sessions run smoothly.
