You will work in a fast-paced media and events environment where research, audience insight, collaboration and commercial awareness all come together to create meaningful experiences.

This role is central to content creation, speaker engagement and the overall success of our conferences. • Turn research findings into clear, engaging conference agendas that reflect the most important themes in the market.
  • Identify and secure high profile speakers, managing relationships from initial outreach through to the event itself.
  • Design engaging programme formats including panels, roundtables and workshops, while identifying opportunities for valuable programme add-ons.
  • Work closely with marketing to produce strong campaign messaging and ensure the conference programme is clearly communicated to potential attendees.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support sponsorship and delegate revenue opportunities through relevant and commercially focused content.
  • Lead the delivery of the conference programme onsite, coordinating speakers, AV and teams to ensure sessions run smoothly.

  • Proven experience in B2B conference production.
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to identify trends and translate insights into engaging conference programmes.
  • Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders, industry experts and potential speakers.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • The confidence to carry out research calls, including outreach to new speakers and industry contacts.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write clear marketing copy and programme content.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with marketing, sales and operations teams.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in producing hybrid or virtual event sessions.
  • Exposure to international events or multi-location conference delivery.
