Our client is a Luxury Womenswear label, who are a force to be reckoned with. After seeing phenomenal growth over recent years, they are looking for an interim production co-ordinator to support on a short term Fixed Term contract. Based in their London office, they are looking for someone who has experience within luxury fashion production who can come in, hit the ground running and provide pivotal support. You must be someone who understands the end-to-end production critical path and you must be available immediately to start.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Support the Production Manager to track and update the critical path, ensuring all dates and order status are regularly monitored.
  • Daily Critical Path follow up with the Suppliers, providing regular updates to the internal teams on the production schedule, working through any issues proactively but also ensuring minimal delay to delivery.
  • System management and taking responsibility for updating all relevant details including SKUS and packaging information.
  • Raising and checking the official orders and placing the production orders with the relevant suppliers, including any required samples requested by the wider team.
  • Support the Production Manager with all packaging and labelling orders and monitoring the schedules in line with the critical path.
  • Liaise with the Logistics teams on all shipments, approving packing lists and ensuring all shipments include the correct labelling details.
  • Check all production invoices are correct, escalating any issues to the Production Manager.

Our client is looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within Luxury RTW or accessories.
  • Be a self-starter and motivated as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of communication with the factories and in-house team with the ability to build successful relationships.
  • A quick learner and able to work within a dynamic team, adapting to the daily needs of the team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong team member who can also work well on your own as required and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong all-round IT skills, including working with Zedonk.
  • Italian Language skills would be an advantage in this role.

You must be able to short on little or no notice and be able to commit to a short term contract.
