  • Keep a hold on costs and budgets, always seeking avenues to improve and ensure the company pays the most competitive rates.
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure adherence to all SLAs, following up on any discrepancies or issues.
  • Report management for senior stakeholders, ensuring these are always readily available for visibility throughout the business.
  • Coordinate all returns, exchanges, and stock swaps, ensuring stock levels are always updated.
  • Work closely with finance on any credit/debit notes required, ensuring payment accounts are updated before deliveries are scheduled.
  • Review any process and practice improvements at the end of each season to ensure the department runs efficiently.
  • System Management (Zedonk) – ensuring all details are inputted to provide full visibility on all stock and orders to the business.
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers and external transport and courier companies.

Our client is looking for someone who:

  • Can work in a dynamic team, in an adaptable and fluid manner.
  • Has a strong work ethic, always striving to drive the role forward with a practical and hands-on approach.
  • Possesses excellent organisational skills with the ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Has strong communication skills coupled with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Is a lateral thinker with a positive approach to problem-solving and seeking solutions.
  • Exhibits exceptional problem-solving skills, able to seek ways and provide ideas on solutions.
  • Has an exceptional high level of attention to detail, is numerate, analytical, and possesses excellent organisational skills.
  • Has strong all-round IT skills, ideally with experience of using Zedonk, Pivot Tables, and V Look Ups.

Only successful candidates will be contacted. Please note this role is on-site full time.
