Our client is a Luxury Women’s RTW brand with a global following, known for the signature styling and detailing. They are looking to strengthen their operational functions and are now seeking a Logistics Manager to join their team. Based in their London office, they require a hands-on logistics professional with experience within the wholesale fashion arena.
You must have an understanding and hands-on experience of the end-to-end logistics process, both inbound and outbound, working with global 3PL sites, offshore factories, and a global stockist to match – with experience in both B2B and a DTC business model.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Plan and manage all inbound and outbound shipments from factories through to the wholesale accounts.
- Understand and work with 3PL and transport partners, ensuring all correct documentation and packaging details accompany each shipment as required.
- Keep a hold on costs and budgets, always seeking avenues to improve and ensure the company is paying the most competitive rates.
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure adherence to all SLAs, following up on any discrepancies or issues.
- Report management for senior stakeholders, ensuring these are readily available for visibility throughout the business.
- Work with the team to ensure all returns, exchanges, and stock swaps are managed and coordinated, ensuring stock levels are always updated.
- Collaborate closely with finance on any credit/debit notes required, ensuring payment accounts are updated before deliveries are scheduled in.
- Review any process and practice improvements at the end of each season to ensure the department is always running efficiently.
- System Management (Zedonk) – ensuring all details are inputted, giving full visibility on all stock and orders to the business.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers and external transport and courier companies.

- Has strong all-round IT skills, ideally with experience of using Zedonk, Pivot Tables, and V Look Ups.
