Our client is a Luxury Women’s RTW brand with a global following, known for the signature styling and detailing. They are looking to strengthen their operational functions and are now seeking a Logistics Co-ordinator to join their team.

Based in their London office, you must have an understanding and hands-on experience of the end-to-end wholesale logistics process shipping to global territories. The role is predominantly driving Outbound, but also requires an understanding of Inbound, supporting the team when needed.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Plan and manage all shipments from factories through to the wholesale accounts.
  • Data analysis and report preparation, including exporting data from the system and manipulating it in Excel to provide the team and management with specific reporting as required.
  • Understanding and knowledge of working with 3PL and transport partners, ensuring all correct documentation and packaging details accompany each shipment as required.
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure adherence to all SLA, following up on any discrepancies or issues.
  • Coordinate all returns, exchanges, and stock swaps, ensuring stock levels are always updated.
  • Collaborate with finance on any credit/debit notes required and any outstanding payments.
  • Review any process and practice improvements at the end of each season to ensure the department is always running efficiently.
  • System Management (Zedonk) – ensuring all details are inputted to give full visibility on all stock and orders to the business.
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers and external transport and courier companies.

Our client is looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience within a similar logistics role within a wholesale fashion/beauty business.
  • Can work in a dynamic team, in an adaptable and fluid manner.
  • Has a strong work ethic, always striving to drive the role forward with a practical and hands-on approach.
  • Possesses excellent organisational skills with the ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills coupled with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Is a lateral thinker with a positive approach to problem solving and seeking solutions.
  • Has strong reporting and analytic skills.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, being numerate, analytical, and possessing excellent organisational skills.
  • Has strong all-round IT skills, including proficiency in Excel (V-look Ups and Pivot Tables). Experience with Zedonk or another ERP system is preferred.

This is a full-time role based in their offices in Zone 1.
