Experience on board a cruise ship would be desirable, but not essential. We believe in hiring people with the right attitudes and strengths over their competencies. In addition to a strong technical background, you will love problem solving, fixing things and being hands on. You will be self-motivated and dependable, and always keen to take on more work and help others. You will be a natural communicator, often asking questions and sharing knowledge, and able to easily adapt your style to suit the situation.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. As well as practical skills we will help you to develop your leadership skills, supervising junior officers, cadets and technicians. If you love problem solving and are a natural communicator with the determination to develop your career with a world-leading company, join us on our journey.
With our fleet ever changing we are planning for the future, this means that the role you are applying for is in our Talent Pool. During the recruitment and onboarding process we may not be able to offer an exact start date, but as soon as we do, we will let you know and make sure you have plenty of notice and support to get ready for your adventure with us.
We are working hard to build a flexible and inclusive culture. As part of our culture difference is valued and our people can be themselves. We welcome applications from everyone because inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do.
