- Work with a fast-paced team booking trucks onto the terminal and organising the loading of containers to meet train departures and arrivals.
- Able to proactively adapt to a busy environment and make real-time decisions regarding the smooth running of the rail terminal.
- Use a bespoke container booking system, administering customer emails and telephone calls.
- Organise container movement within the terminal with a team of reach stacker operators via two-way radio.
Qualifications:
- Previous administration experience.
- IT literate; good knowledge of Excel would be an advantage.
- Confident written and verbal communicator.
- High attention to detail.
