Responsibilities:

  • Work with a fast-paced team booking trucks onto the terminal and organising the loading of containers to meet train departures and arrivals.
  • Able to proactively adapt to a busy environment and make real-time decisions regarding the smooth running of the rail terminal.
  • Use a bespoke container booking system, administering customer emails and telephone calls.
  • Organise container movement within the terminal with a team of reach stacker operators via two-way radio.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • IT literate; good knowledge of Excel would be an advantage.
  • Confident written and verbal communicator.
  • High attention to detail.
