Responsibilities
- Based at our East Midlands Gateway Depot to help us develop our ambitious plans.
- Manage day-to-day operations with a hands-on, flexible approach and thorough knowledge of driving hours and regulations.
- Oversee driver administration and compliance including vehicle and trailer inspection and defect control, infringement control, and driver recruitment and induction.
Qualifications
- Exceptional track record in day-to-day operations management or equivalent in exceeding performance targets.
- Strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Clean, proactive management style with people management experience focused on developing drivers to achieve success.
