Responsibilities

  • Based at our East Midlands Gateway Depot to help us develop our ambitious plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations with a hands-on, flexible approach and thorough knowledge of driving hours and regulations.
  • Oversee driver administration and compliance including vehicle and trailer inspection and defect control, infringement control, and driver recruitment and induction.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional track record in day-to-day operations management or equivalent in exceeding performance targets.
  • Strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Clean, proactive management style with people management experience focused on developing drivers to achieve success.
