Responsibilities

  • Briefing and debriefing drivers
  • General office administrative tasks such as paperwork filing
  • Assisting Transport planners
  • Monitoring daily trailer counts
  • Yard Checks
  • Actively seeking additional work wherever possible from Transport Planners and Management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the customer service teams and drivers
  • Working as part of an efficient and fast paced team
  • Maintain high standards of good housekeeping, including your workstation and environment
  • Maintain health and safety standards, and actively report observations & concerns

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within Transport or similar environment – Preferred not essential
  • Competent IT skills
  • Clear communicator – written and verbal
  • Highly personable and can work well in a team
  • Great attention to detail
