Responsibilities
- Briefing and debriefing drivers
- General office administrative tasks such as paperwork filing
- Assisting Transport planners
- Monitoring daily trailer counts
- Yard Checks
- Actively seeking additional work wherever possible from Transport Planners and Management
- Ability to communicate effectively with the customer service teams and drivers
- Working as part of an efficient and fast paced team
- Maintain high standards of good housekeeping, including your workstation and environment
- Maintain health and safety standards, and actively report observations & concerns
Qualifications
- Previous experience within Transport or similar environment β Preferred not essential
- Competent IT skills
- Clear communicator β written and verbal
- Highly personable and can work well in a team
- Great attention to detail
