Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Trainee Customer Service Administrator based at our Northampton depot to help us to develop our ambitious plans. This role will be based on a 4on / 4off shift pattern.

You’ll be working for one of the market leaders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing our customers daily volumes
  • Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems
  • Dealing externally with our customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times

Must be happy working on a 4on/4off shift pattern. An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is preferred but not essential for this role.
