Shift Pattern is Monday to Friday while working 1 in 4 Saturdays with rolling times from 06:00 to 19:00.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing with multiple drivers.
- Communicating with ports.
- Booking delivery slots for entry in ports.
- Using a Transport system called TOPS for putting down drivers start times and finish times.
- Chasing drivers for ETAs and making sure they are on time.
- Rerouting jobs as and when needed.
- Checking all PODS are matched up with all the correct jobs on the system.
- Speaking to customers on possible delays advising them.
We are looking for candidates to apply who have the following:
- Previous experience as a Transport Operator β Essential.
- Confident and clear communicator β written and verbal.
- Excellent UK geographical knowledge.
