Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing with multiple drivers
- Communicating with ports
- Booking delivery slots for entry into ports
- Using a Transport system called TOPS to input driver start and finish times
- Chasing drivers for ETAs and ensuring timely arrivals
- Rerouting jobs as needed
- Checking all PODs are matched with correct jobs in the system
- Communicating with customers regarding possible delays and advising ETAs
