We have a fantastic opportunity to join a winning team at Maritime Transport as a Terminal Controller!
Maritime Transport is one of the fastest growing container transport, handling and storage companies in the UK and offers one of the most dynamic working environments and prospects to progress within the industry. This role will have three shift patterns, Day, Afternoons and Night shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working with a fast paced team booking trucks on to the terminal and organising the loading of containers to meet train departures and arrivals.
- Able to proactively adapt to a busy environment and to make real time decisions regarding the smooth running of the rail terminal.
- Use of a bespoke container booking system, administering customer emails and telephone calls.
- Organising container movement within the terminal with a team of reach stacker operators via two way radio.
What we\’re looking for:
- Previous administration experience
- IT Literate (good knowledge of Excel would be an advantage)
- Confident written and verbal communicator
